Dragon Papa is a Chinese dessert place in Chinatown that sells the traditional Chinese snack, Dragon’s Beard Candy. The raw material of Dragon’s Beard Candy is maltose, and the traditional fillings of dragon’s beard candy include sugar, peanuts, sesame and shredded coconut. Since there are not many shops in the United States selling Dragon’s Beard Candy, so Dragon Papa was very popular among Chinese immigrants and other tourists in Chinatown.
